Negro Leagues Baseball Museum Summer Classic
The event will be an 8 team round robin fantasy camp skill level tournament. The cost per team is $5750. A $1500 deposit is required by February 15, 2022. The remaining balance is due by May 1, 2022. All fees must be made by check and payable to KB Productions, LLC.
Registration includes gifts, Friday night cocktail and food reception at the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum with former MLB players, beverages in dugouts, compilation of each player's (offensive, defensive, pitching) stats, walk-up songs, player introductions, athletic trainer support and much more!
The facilities feature natural grass (Satchel Paige Memorial Stadium and Legends Field) and artificial surfaces (Kansas City Royals Urban Youth Academy.
All games will be broadcast with a play-by-play voice recognition system on the internet through the Game Changer app. Tournament stats will also be kept online for each participant.
The Martin "El Maestro" Dihigo Award will be given to the tournament MVP.
The Satchel Paige Award will be given to the tournament's best pitcher.
The Josh Gibson Award will be given to the tournament's best hitter.
Awards committee will consist of Tournament Directors, Scorekeeper and Public Address Announcer.
