Umpire Supervisor
Tim Cordill
Tim is a former professional baseball umpire, a USSSA National Umpire Chief, he also works as an umpire for the Big East, Big XII and Big Ten conferences and the NCAA Men's Baseball Tournament. Additionally, Tim is a teaching umpire and instructs and develops future umpires at all levels in both baseball and softball through his company Ump-App, LLC.
Tim will serve as supervisor and evaluator for all umpires during the tournament. He will also lead the Protest Committee.
Official Scorekeeper
Max Utsler
Max is a Major League Baseball certified official scorekeeper and the official scorekeeper for the Kansas City Royals. Max will score all tournament games and serve on the Protest Committee as well as the Awards Committee.
Head Athletic Trainer
Chad Nelson, MSPT, DPT
Manager of Rehab Services at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. He will lead the athletic training team at the tournament. Trainers will be present on hour before each game and offer their services for preventative injuries and take care of any injuries that occur during the games. His staff will also be present for 45 minutes after the final game each day.
Statistics & Analytics Manager
Rachel Sopha
Rachel will compile stats for each game and each player throughout the tournament using the Dick's Sporting Goods Game Changer app. This app will also give a play-by-play call of the game for fans of players who want to listen from out of town.
Social Media Manager
Dustin Winds
Dustin and his team will update our digital channels with scores, stats and provide a daily recap of all games.
Public Address Announcer
Sidney Hargraves
The voice of the tournament will be Sidney Hargraves. He will announce each player as they step up to bat, change positions in the field of play and also provide music between innings.
